TAKE ON A TRAINEE

CTI works with local host companies that are willing to provide supportive, supervised learning
environments for international trainees. Each programme is guided by agreed learning objectives,
appropriate tasks and support from a workplace supervisor or mentor.

CTI prepares each participant, coordinates the programme and remains in regular contact with the
participant and host company throughout the learning experience.
